We have created 2 types of service styles, depending on your budget and level of hospitality needs. 

DELIVERY

Drop off and set up.

This is a drop off to your event- bringing your catering straight to you.

Delivered hot and set up ready to service. Includes, disposable plates, and utensils.

 A minimum order of a $100 dlls is required for us to deliver.

 Disposable chafers with sterNos $15 each. 

(no staff service)

FULL SERVICE

Minimum of 100 people 

Cocina 35 will service event such as Taquizas, Chilaquiles bar or Guisados bar. 

Our catering will provide a highly trained staff to set up, service and clean up of buffet tables. 

Cocina 35 will provide the following: An attractively decorated buffet that includes buffet tables, service equipment, and high quality disposable tableware.

Service will be provided for 2 hours, each event it’s designed at your own specification, and budget. 

Price for full service is 30% of food and beverage total. This includes 2 hours for food set up and buffet-style food service and clean up of our kitchen and serving area.
